p38MAPK在肿瘤浸润转移中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 浸润和转移是导致恶性肿瘤患者死亡的主要原因.在这个过程中,肿瘤细胞需具备侵犯迁移到邻旁组织的能力,通过血液循环定植到远处器官.近年来,随着肿瘤发病率的不断上升,有关肿瘤的研究越来越受到人们重视.从临床和大量实验研究中,人们发现p38 丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen activated protein kases,MAPK)在肿瘤浸润转移中具有促进肿瘤细胞浸润转移的作用.本文主要描述p38 MAPK在浸润转移中的作用.
