摘要
高职院校文化有共性和个性之分。高职院校文化共性主要指校园文化和结构文化,即精神文化、行为文化、制度文化、物质文化等。高职院校文化个性,主要指区别于本科院校文化的特殊性,即跨界文化。跨界文化就是把企业文化的核心元素和高职院校文化的核心元素进行有效融合,形成一种跨界的文化生态共同体。这种文化生态共同体的核心内涵是合作育人。跨界文化的核心价值体系可以概括为"融"、"爱"、"合"、"和","融"是跨界文化的基础,"爱"是跨界文化的目的,"合"是跨界文化的根本,"和"是跨界文化的境界。跨界文化的培育是一项战略工程,需要加强法律的引领,建立新型的校企合作联盟,提高教师能力以及加强科研的支撑。
The culture of higher vocational colleges has the characteristics of commonality and individuality. The cultural commonalities mainly refers, to the campus culture and structural culture, that includes spiritual culture, behavior culture,institutional culture and material culture; the cultural identity mainly refers to cultural specificity different from undergraduate institutions, namely cross-border culture. Cross-border culture is the effective integration of core elements of the corporate culture and higher vocational colleges culture, which aims to form a cross-border cultural ecology community. The core meaning of cultural and ecological community is cooperative education. The core value system in of cross-culture can be summed up as "melting", "love", "together" and "harmony", "melting" is the cross-cultural basis, "love" is the cross-cultural purposes, "together" is to straddle the fundamental culture, "harmony" is the cross-border cultural realm. Fostering cross-border culture is a strategic project, which need to strengthen the law, to establish a new school-enterprise cooperation alliance, to improve teacher capability, etc.
