摘要
高校的分类管理与评价是高等教育大众化的必然要求,立足于政府、学生、社会的多元需求及高职院校自身办学需要,借鉴国内外具有广泛影响力的大学评价方法,确立高职院校专业竞争力分类评价的目标及工作思路,依据专业竞争力的核心要素建立分类评价指标体系,其具体指标包括发展规划与定位、人才培养能力、社会服务能力、集群价值与能力等因素。
Evaluation and classification management is a necessary requirement for higher education, based on the government, students, and diverse needs of society for vocational education, referring evaluation methods for domestic and foreign universities with extensive influence, the objectives and working clue of classification evaluation for specialty competitiveness of higher vocational colleges were established; based on the core elements of specialty competitiveness, the classification evaluation index system was established, and the specific indicators include development planning and positioning, training ability, social service capacity, cluster value and ability, etc.
