新形势下高职院校招生困境及其对策研究

On the Enrollment Difficulties of Higher Vocational Colleges and the Countermeasures under New Situation

我国高职院校招生面临着"调结构、转方式"的经济发展新形势,适龄人口减少带来的新使命,高等教育扩招带来的新问题,高等教育需求的理性化、多元化带来的新机遇,高等教育国际化带来的新挑战。解决新形势下高职院校招生困境,须厘清影响和制约高职招生质量和规模的内部和外部因素,明确高职招生形势,转变高等教育观念;准确定位生源市场,科学制定招生方案;加强高职内涵建设,提高高职就业质量;打造多元教育模式,拓展高职生源类别;增加国家财政投入,完善高职招生制度,保障高职可持续发展。

The higher vocational colleges face the new economic development situation of adjusting structure and transforming development mode, the new mission of working-age population declining, the new problem of the increasing scale of higher education, the new opportunity of demand rationalization for higher education, the new challenge of higher vocational colleges internationalization. To deal with the difficulties, we must clarify the restraining factors of enrollment, explicit the new situation and change the higher vocational colleges ideas, pinpoint the germ market and scientifically formulate the enrollment plan, vigorously promote the construction of higher vocational connotation and increase the education quality; create multiple education modes and enlarge students sources; increase financial investment and perfect enrollment system, and safeguard the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.
