内涵式发展视野下职业院校教学质量保障机制构建 被引量:8

Establishment of Quality Assurance Mechanism for Vocational Schools from the Perspective of Connotation Development

摘要 职业院校的教学质量保障存在困境,集中表现在职业教育本身的特殊性与外部质量保障的标准化之间不一致,以及职业院校的跨越发展与其内部质量保障之间不同步。应该采用以外部质量保障促内部质量保障的总体路径,以全面教学质量保障代替个别教学质量保障,以随机抽查评估方式代替程序化、周期化检查。最终构建以教学运行与监控、专业建设与特色以及育人成果与社会评价等模块为支撑的三合一的全面教学质量保障机制,以有效促进职业院校内涵式发展。 The quality assurance of vocational education confronts with difficulties, which mainly concentrate in the inconsistency between the specialty of vocational education and the standardization of external quality assurance, and the internal quality assurance unable to keep pace with its rapid development. It should take the overall path of using the external quality assurance to promote internal quality assurance, using overall teaching quality assurance instead of single project evaluation, using random sampling evaluation instead of regular or periodic inspection. In order to effectively guarantee the quality and connotation development of vocational schools, it's necessary to establish a total quality assurance mechanism, which is based on three aspects of teaching operation and monitoring, program construction and characteristics, and achievements and employers evaluation.
