摘要
职教教师应接受系统的专业化教师教育。教师教育尤其是职前培养阶段的合理化设计,是保障职教教师专业化水平和教育质量的关键。在职教教师的职前培养中,除了专业科学和职业教育学课程外,职业理论与实践及教学理论与实践的内容构建与实施是培养未来职教教师职业能力的重要方面。专业科学课程体系的改革对培养未来职教教师的专业能力和专业教学能力尤为必要。
Vocational education teachers should receive systematic and professional pre-service education. The teacher education, especially, the reasonable design of pre-service education is the key to ensure the professionalization of vocational education teachers and the quality of vocational education. In the pre-service education of vocational education teachers, besides subject education and vocational pedagogy, the content construction and implementation of the theory and practice of occupation and the theory and practice of teaching are the important aspects of promoting the professional teaching capability of future vocational education teachers. The reformation of the curriculum system of the subject science is particularly necessary to the training of professional ability and professional teaching capability of future vocational education teachers.
