摘要
针对车辆道路载荷谱信号非平稳特点及Fourier分析的局限性,利用Hilbert-Huang变换(HHT)方法处理振动信号,提出了基于Hilbert边际谱的道路载荷谱信号特征分析方法。以某自卸车的载荷谱数据处理为例,通过Hilbert边际谱与Fourier谱的比较分析,得出该车在不同强化道路上的响应特性及自身固有特性。试验结果表明,Hilbert边际谱比Fourier谱能更准确地反映信号的频域特征,可有效进行道路载荷谱分析。
The measured road load data are characterized by the non-stationary. In this paper, the researchers use Hilbert-Huang Transform (HHT) method to process vibration signal and propose road load data signal feature analysis method based on Hilbert marginal spectrum. This researchers take load data processing of a tipper as example and through analysis of Hilbert marginal spectrum and Fourier spectrum to deduce response characteristic and inherent characteristic of the tipper on different roads. Test results show that Hilbert marginal spectrum can be more accurate than the Fourier spectrum to reflect signal frequency domain features, and be effectively applied to analyze road load data.
