Development and Application of Vocational Ability Standard for Higher Vocational School Students under CQAF Mode

"CQAF模式"是一个确保和发展欧洲职业教育质量的参考框架,描述了质量循环模式中的计划、实施、评估、评论和方法论等步骤的质量标准。该循环模式可以用来有效预警高职学生职业能力标准开发的质量,实施步骤包括构建鸟型职业能力架构,建立职业能力标准框架,解构职业能力标准,将职业能力标准开发转化为人才培养标准。其为高职院校监控人才培养质量提供了可行的评估方法。

The ＂CQAF＂ mode is a reference framework to ensure and develop the quality of the European vocational edu- cation, describing the quality standards for steps including planning, implementation, evaluation, review and methodology in the quality loop mode. The mode can be used to effectively warning the development quality of vocational competency standards for higher vocational school students. The implementation steps include building a bird-type career ability struc- ture, establishing vocational competency standards framework, deeonstruct occupational competency standards, developing and translating the vocational competency standards into the talent cultivation standards. It provides a feasible assessment method for higher vocational schools to monitor the talent cultivation quality.
