高职院校科研创新工作现状分析及对策

Analysis on the Situation of Scientific Research and Innovation Work of Higher Vocational Schools and the Countermeasures

为全面了解高职院校科研创新团队科研工作现状,调查中南五省部分高职院校的科研情况,通过对调查结果的分析,找出制约高职院校科研及团队建设的主要因素,如教师科研能力弱、管理体制机制不健全、不灵活等。从发展的角度看,高职院校要重视科研创新工作、加强科研队伍建设、规范科研管理。

For comprehensively understanding the situation of research work of scientific research and innovation team in higher vocational schools, the investigation on the real situation of research and innovation work of higher vocational schools in five provinces of central China was implemented. And the results showed that factors restricting the research work of higher vocational colleges include weak scientific research abilities of teachers, imperfect management system, ect. Therefore, higher vocational schools should pay attention to scientific research and innovcation, strengthen the construc- tion of scientific research team, and standard the scientific research management.
