摘要
哈密南—郑州±800 kV特高压直流输电线路工程甘肃段部分基础采用斜柱斜顶面斜地脚螺栓基础,此种基础对尺寸精度比传统的直柱地脚螺栓基础要求高、施工技术比传统的直柱地脚螺栓基础困难。通过设计给定的数据精确计算钢筋及模板尺寸,合理确定混凝土配比及材料选择、模板固定、地脚螺栓固定、混凝土振捣,成立质量控制组对现场原材料及施工过程进行质量控制。施工中各工序紧密衔接、严格施工管控,确保工程质量,工程质量满足设计及现行规范要求。
A foundation of inclined column, oblique top face and skew anchor was used for Gansu Section of Hami south to Zhengzhou 800 kV UHVDC transmission line project, whose dimensional accuracy is higher than that of a traditional straight column foundation, and its construction is more difficult than that of the straight column foundation. Through the data given by the design, the size of rebar and form was calculated precisely, and the mix of concrete was determined rationally. A team was set up to do quality control of materil choice, form fixing, anchor bolt fixing and concrete vibration. All the construction processes were connected closely, strict and the construction management was carried out strictly to ensure the engineering quality, and the engineering quality could meet the design requirements and the current specifications.
