摘要
采用国产Q235热轧钢材设计并制作防屈曲支撑,对3个钢材品种、3种截面、2种灌实材料的6个防屈曲支撑试件开展试验研究。通过低周反复荷载加载试验,研究防屈曲支撑的力-位移滞回曲线、骨架曲线及其刚度退化过程、等效黏滞阻尼比等抗震性能。结果表明:一字形芯材防屈曲支撑的构造合理,所有试件的滞回曲线稳定饱满;芯材特性和灌实材料强度对于该种防屈曲支撑的耗能性能均有较大影响。
With hot-rolled Q235 steel material produced according to Chinese standard, a series of buckling-restrained brace (BRB) were designed and manufactured. Mechanical properties of the material were tested. Six specimens with three steel categories, three kinds of cross sections and two kinds of the irrigated material were tested under statically cyclic loading, and their seismic performances were studied. It could be concluded that the structure of this new type BRB was applicable and all the hysteresis curves of the specimens were stable and plump;Both core material properties and the strength of irrigated material had significant effects on the energy dissipation capacity of the BRB specimens.
