摘要
熔体直纺工艺具有产能大、能耗低、效率高、成本低的特点,已经成为国际最先进的主导工艺。但是熔体直纺面临着装备、技术、产品、市场同质化的结构性问题,亟需开发低能耗、柔性化、自动化、信息化的生产装备及技术,实现规模化低成本与高品质高附加值产品的统一。结合国内外聚酯纤维成型与工程的技术,分别从熔体直纺聚酯柔性化制备、管道输送与在线添加、组件设计与纺丝工程模型、高效节能环保与智能化管理几个方面介绍了最新的研究进展,指出大容量、低成本、直接纺、柔性化、多品种方向发展是国内大容量聚酯企业的出路。最后对我国聚酯发展进行了展望,以聚合与纺丝成形原理为基础,开发聚酯超大容量聚合、多重在线添加、紧密纺丝、节能与智能物流等高效与柔性化工程关键技术已成为我国聚酯未来发展的趋势。
The melt direct spinning becomes the most advanced leading process in the world, due to the features of its large capacity, low energy consumption, high efficiency and low cost. However, the melt direct spinning is facing the homogeneous structural problem of the equipment, techniques, products and market. In order to unify the large scale, low cost, high added value and high quality in the fiber products, it eager to develop the production equipment and techniques of low energy, flexibility, automation, and informatization. Combining the polyester fiber formation and engineering technologies at home and abroad, the newest research progress is introduced through the flexible preparation of the melt direct spinning polyester fiber, melt transportation and online addition, the spinning box design, engineering simulation model, energy saving and intelligent management. It suggests that large capacity, low cost, melt direct spinning, flexibility, multi-varieties are the development direction for polyester enterprise in China. At last, the prospect of is discussed in this paper. Based on the theory of polymerization and spinning, engineering technologies on large capacity polymerization, online addition, compact spinning, energy conservation and intelligent logistics are becoming the future trends of polyester industry in China.
