摘要
目的探讨青少年网络游戏的参与特点及其与心理健康的关系,为青少年的网游行为提供干预建议。方法采用中学生心理健康量表(MSSMHS)及自编网络游戏参与特点问卷,对随机抽取的江西省赣州市1 080名青少年进行调查。结果不同的网游动机、态度、程度及类型对青少年心理健康影响差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。其中出于解压动机(2.13±0.53)、较少接触网游(2.08±0.50)、认为网游无益(2.04±0.52)及好玩休闲类网游(1.96±0.53)的青少年,其心理健康水平最好;出于好奇刺激动机(2.35±0.48)、经常接触网游(2.84±0.62)、认为网游有益(2.34±0.53)及常玩对战类网游(2.27±0.54)的青少年心理健康状况最差。结论要端正青少年对网络游戏的认识,并监控其网络游戏行为。
Objective To examine possible relationship between online gaming and mental health among teenagers and to provide specific intervention strategies.Methods Middle School Student Mental Health Scale(MSSMHS) and self-designed questionnaire were implemented among 1 180 teenagers from Ganzhou in Jiangxi Province.Results Effects of online gaming on mental health differed significantly according to different motivation,attitudes,severity and type of video gaming.Teenagers who played games for pressure relief,low frequency,thought online gaming worthless and preferred leisure games had highest level of mental health.On the contrary,those who played games for curiosity and novelty,high frequency,thought online gaming beneficial and preferred battle games had lowest level mental health.Conclusion Teenagers should be informed about the online video gaming and be supervised on problem game use.
