摘要
11 3例脾虚痰阻型高脂血症患者分为治疗组 60例和对照组 53例 ,两组在性别、年龄、并发症 /合并症分布均相当 (X2 检验或t检验 :P >0 .0 5)。治疗组给予健脾化痰片 3片 ,每日 3次 ,口服 ;对照组给予脂必妥片 3片 ,每日 3次 ,口服 ,疗程均为 30d。结果显示 :两组总有效率相当 (X2 检验 :P >0 .0 5) ,但治疗组总体疗效和愈显率均明显优于对照组 (Ridit分析 :U =4 .50 4 1 ,P <0 .0 1 ;X2 检验 :P <0 .0 1 ) ,治疗组胸闷 /痛、纳差、舌淡等症的改善率也优于对照组 (X2 检验 :P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5) ,两组血清总TC、TG、LDL -c含量均有相当程度的降低。结论 :健脾化痰片对脾虚痰阻型高脂血症的临床疗效优于脂必妥。
One hundred and thirteen cases of hyperlipemia due to insufficiency of spleen and stagnation of phlegm were classified randomly into two groups: treatment group (60 cases) and positive control group (53 cases). The differences in sexuality, ages and complications between the two groups were insignificant (X 2 test:P>0.05). The treatment group was treated by Jianpi Huatan Tablet (3 tablets tid p.o.) and the control group by Zhibituo Tablet(3 tablets tid p.o.). The treatment course last 30 days. The results showed that the total effective rates are similar in the two groups (X 2 test:P>0.05), but the total effective rate and markedly effective rate of Jianpi Huatan Tablet are superior to Zhibituo Tablet (Ridit test: u= 4.5041, P<0.01; X 2 test:P<0.01). In addition, the improvement rate of chest distress/pain, anorexia, pale tongue, etc. in the treatment group is also superior to the control group (X 2 test:P<0.01～0.05). Serum contents of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and LDL-C decreased in two groups to some extent. It is concluded that the clinical therapeutic effect of Jianpi Huatan Tablet for hyperlipemia of spleen-deficiency and phlegm-stagnation type is superior to Zhibituo Tablet.
