摘要
用薄层荧光扫描法测定华迪烧伤膏中盐酸小檗碱的含量 ,加样回收率平均为 1 0 0 .2 % ,相对标准偏差RSD为 2 .2 %。
The content of berberine hydrochloride in Huadi Burn Ointment was determined by fluorescence TLC scanner. The average recovery is 100.2%(RSD=2.0%,n=6). It is indicated that this method is accurate and simple, and can be used for the quality control of Huadi Burn Ointment.
