球柱组合壳耐压船体结构静水压力试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 球柱组合壳结构在船舶与海洋工程领域应用广泛,为考察球柱组合壳结构的力学性能,设计制作了球柱组合壳模型进行静水压力试验,测量其应力。通过对球柱组合壳结构的应力分布规律的研究,得到了球柱组合壳结构的应力与外压力的关系,并验证了球柱组合壳结构的连接处存在应力集中现象,利用试验数据得到了应力集中系数为1.4。 The combined sphere-cylinder shell is widely used in ship and marine engineering. In order to examine the mechanical performance of the shell, a model of the shell is designed and manufactured to be tested under hydrostatic pressure and measure the stresses. The relation between the stresses of combined sphere-cylinder shell and external pressure is obtained through studying the stress distribution rule of the shell. The stress concentration at the junction of the shell is verified and the stress concentration factor is obtained as 1.4 by using the experimental data.
