摘要
船舶含油污水的处理一直沿用"重力-聚结组合"或"过滤-聚结组合"分离装置,分离精度上虽然能达到海船防污染规范之要求,但其分离量难以满足大型船舶的不同作业需要。该文介绍的船舶含油污水动态旋流分离器兼顾了上述两方面,研究论述了其结构设计及制造装配之思路,介绍了船舶含油污水动态旋流分离器主要结构及其工作原理,给出了该装置工作状况的基本参数;提出了船舶含油污水处理的新方法。
The treatment of oily water on board always uses separation device of "Gravity - coalescence combination" or 'filter - coalescence combination". Though the separating precision can accord with the requirements of pollution prevention standard for sea-going ships, the separation quantity cannot meet the different needs of large ship operation. The article introduces the dynamic hydrocyclone separator for ship oily water can cover the above two aspects. It researches and discusses the thinking of the structure design, manufacturing and assembly. It introduces the main structure and the working principle of the dynamic hydrocyclone separator for ship oily water. It provides the basic parameters of the working conditions and puts forward the new method of the ship oily water treatment.
