摘要 提出了一种新型的盾构隧道衬砌结构计算模型——壳–接头模型。该模型中采用壳单元模拟衬砌管片,管片和管片环之间通过接头联接单元相连。基于对盾构隧道衬砌结构接头力学特性的分析,建立了接头联接单元的刚度矩阵和计算流程,定义了弯曲、剪切和拉压刚度的计算方法,使之能准确模拟接头的力学行为。最后利用壳–接头模型模拟盾构隧道接头原型试验,计算结果与试验较为吻合,验证了壳–接头模型模拟盾构隧道衬砌结构力学行为的准确性和适用性。 A new shell-joint model is proposed for analyzing the mechanical behaviors of the lining structures of shield-driven tunnels. In this model, the segments and the segment rings linked by joint connector elements are represented by shells. The rigidity matrices of joint connector elements and the computing procedure are established according to the characteristics of lining structures. The shear and tension/compression rigidity are redefined in order to imitate the mechanical behaviors of joints accurately. Finally, the shell-joint model is verified by taking some full-scale joint tests on the segment lining of a shield-driven tunnel as an example. The results indicate that the shell-joint model is suitable and accurate for analyzing the mechanical behaviors of lining structures of shield-driven tunnels.
