摘要
探讨气相色谱法测定大米粉中农药O,P’-DDT含量的不确定度评价方法,通过建立数学模型,分析测量过程中不确定度的主要来源,最后评估合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明:测量过程中主要不确定度来源于标准溶液的配制过程和样品净化后定容这两个操作步骤。
Method for uncertainty evaluation of O, P'-DDT in rice flour by Gas chromatography (GC) was explored. The sources of measurement uncertainty were analyzed by developing mathematic model, and the combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were determined. It was resulted that the measurement uncertainty were mainly derived from standard solution preparation process and diluting to volume. It is offered as a reference in the evaluation of uncertainty for organochlorine pesticides by GC.
