枇杷叶熊果酸微波辅助提取工艺的优化 被引量:2

摘要 以枇杷叶为原料,乙醇为提取试剂,通过单因素试验和Central-Combination试验优化熊果酸微波辅助提取工艺。重点探讨乙醇浓度、液料比、微波功率、微波提取时间对提取工艺的影响。结果表明,枇杷叶熊果酸微波辅助提取工艺的优化条件为乙醇浓度81%,液料比16∶1(V∶m),微波功率400W,微波提取时间3min。该条件下枇杷叶熊果酸提取率为82.03%。 Microwave-assisted extraction ofursolic acid from loquat leaves was investigated by examining the effects of alcohol concentration, liquid/material ratio, microwave power, extraction time on ur solic acid yield, by using single factor method coupled with Central- Combination design. Results showed that the optimal values of the above parameters were determined as follows: alcohol concentration 81%, liquid/material ratio 16 : 1(V : m), extraction time 3 min and microwave power 400 W. Under such conditions, the yield of ursolic acid was 82.03%.
