摘要
企业技术创新环境是多因素影响的结果,没有一个确定的评价方法。作者借鉴相关研究成果,设计了一套企业技术创新环境的评价指标体系,综合运用模糊识别理论和人工神经网络理论,构建出模糊人工神经网络综合评价模型,并通过实例加以验证,发现企业技术创新环境综合评价值较高的企业大多位于发达地区,企业也多属高新技术企业。模糊人工神经网络模型为企业技术创新环境的评价提供了依据。
Enterprise' s environment of technical innovation is influenced by many factors, and there isn't a definite evaluation method. First, based on relevant researches, a series of evaluation index systems for the innovative environment of the enterprise is designed. Then, by applying the fuzzy recognition theory and artificial neural network theory, this paper proposes a fuzzy artificial neural network recognition model (FANNR) . At last, the model is tested on the basis of analyzing the concrete example, indicating that most enterprises with higher ranks of comprehensive evaluation indexes for innovative environment are high -tech enterprises which are located in developed regions. Therefore, the fuzzy artificial neural network model can pro- vide a basis for evaluation of enterprise technology innovation environment.
