基于病理学的核心技术嫁接风险应对机制研究

摘要 企业嫁接核心技术的前景好,但其难度大,易因"染病"而亡,必须及早发现病变,并有效地加以控制。本文在研究企业嫁接核心技术特征及其过程基础上,借助于病理学分析,阐述了核心技术嫁接病变的内涵与病理;通过九个失败案例的病历透析,将企业嫁接核心技术的三个介入阶段可能出现的病变分为噬血性、脑病变和消化系统病变三种;借助病变因果关系剖析及八个成功案例,提出了核心技术嫁接者应建立基于嫁接目标的预防机制、全过程合作博弈机制和应急处理机制的病变风险应对机制。研究结论有助于企业科学地应对核心技术嫁接中的恶性病变,降低企业破产风险。 Pathological changes should been found and controlled quickly and effectively when wider prospect projects of core technology have been grafted into enterprises, in which, these enterprises run them with more difficulty and "infected" death. With help of pathology analysis, implication and pathology of pathological changes have been elaborated when enterprises graft core technology on foundation of studying characteristics and its process for enterprises to graft core technology in this paper. And by medical dialysis of nine failure cases which had been studied in three different phases of grafting core technology accord- ingly, these pathological changes can be divided into three kinds that are eating hemorrhagic, encephalopathy and digestive system lesions in stages of enterprise intervention. With help of analysis of causality and eight successful cases for pathological changes, the coping mechanism for pathological changes has been summarized by author that enterprise graft core technology should be set up, such as prevention mechanism based on its target, cooperation game mechanism in its whole process and emergency response mechanism and so on. This conclusion can contribute enterprises to deal with malignant pathological changes in a scientific way and reduce risks of bankruptcy in the process of grafting core technology.
