基于知识资本的旅游企业核心竞争力概念与构成研究 被引量:1

摘要 企业核心竞争力的概念与构成因产业和企业的不同而有所不同。关于旅游企业核心竞争力的研究是对核心竞争力理论的进一步丰富与深化,也有利于旅游企业发觉和实现竞争优势。本文在相关文献综述的基础上,从知识资本的视角,构建了旅游企业核心竞争力的分析模型,阐释了旅游企业核心竞争力的概念与内涵,认为旅游企业核心竞争力是创造顾客优异旅游体验的独特知识与技能的集合,并解析了旅游企业核心竞争力的结构,将其分为人力资本与员工能力、技术资本与信息能力、组织资本与管理能力、顾客资本与营销能力以及社会资本与合作能力五个维度。 The concept and composition of the enterprises' core competence vary with different industries and enterprises. The study on tourism enterprises' core competence will further enrich and deepen the core competence theory, and also help tourism en- terprises discover and realize their competitive advantages. Based on relevant literature reviews, from the perspective of knowledge capital, this paper constructs the analysis model of tourism enterprises' core competence, explains its concept and connotation, argues that the tourism enterprises' core competence is the integration of distinctive knowledge and skills to create customers' excellent tourism experience, and parses its five structural dimensions of human capital and staff capability, technology capital and information capability, organization capital and management capability, customer capital and marketing capability as well as society capital and cooperation capability.
