1型糖尿病患儿血清可溶性肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体水平的变化及意义 被引量:1

摘要 检测初发1型糖尿病患儿血清肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(sTRAIL)、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和C肽水平,并进行相关性分析。结果显示:1型糖尿病患儿胰岛素治疗前、治疗3个月、6个月时血清sTRAIL水平显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05),治疗12个月时较治疗前明显上升,与对照组无显著差异。提示sTRAIL可能参与了儿童1型糖尿病的发病过程。
