摘要
针对现有环己烷三效精馏工艺能量利用率低、单位环己酮能耗高的缺点,采用Aspen Plus模拟计算软件计算、环己烷物性数据手工核算和精馏塔水力学计算,开发出一种新型环己烷六塔四效精馏新工艺。该新工艺增加了初馏塔和加压精馏塔,有效地利用热量,节省消耗。目前,已成功应用于100 kt/a环己酮生产装置环己烷精馏工段。运行结果表明:该环己烷四效精馏工艺每年可节省1 494万元,半年即可回收所增加的一次投资,经济效益显著。
On account of low utilization efficiency and high energy consumption per unit cyclohexanone of cyclohexane three-effect process distillation, a new process of cyelohexane six-column four-effect distillation was developed by the simulation of Aspen Plus, manual calculation and hydraulic calculation of column. In this new process, a prefractionator and pressurized rectification column were added, and energy consumption was saved by effective utilization of heat. The process was successfully applied in the distillation process for cyclohexane in a 100 kt/a eyclohexanone facility. The running results show that 14.94 million yuan ( RMB ) per year can be saved and the one-time investment can be recovered in half a year, thus the new process has remarkable economic returns.
