摘要
以区域创新系统协调发展为研究对象,根据2000—2008年我国省级区域面板数据,应用协同学理论测算区域创新系统的协调发展度.研究结果表明:(1)考察期内,我国区域创新系统的协调发展度显著提高,其中,东部地区提高最快,中部次之,西部最慢;(2)创新系统协调发展度的地区间差异不断扩大,反映创新的地理集中态势日益明显;(3)区域创新系统的协调发展度大致可以分为五种类型,北京作为Ⅰ类地区属于良好协调发展类,上海作为Ⅱ类地区属于中度协调发展类,广东作为Ⅲ类地区属于勉强协调发展类,由部分东部地区和中部地区构成的Ⅳ类地区属于勉强协调发展类,由部分中部和西部地区构成的Ⅴ类地区属于中度失调衰退类.最后,分析了各类型区域创新系统协调发展的特点并提出了改进建议.
It takes the coordinated development of the regional innovation system as the research object. From the per- spective of the synergetic, the coordinated development degree of the regional innovation system is calculated based on 2000--2008 panel data of the provincial district. The result shows that the coordinated development degree of the re- gional innovation system increases significantly during the investigation term and the eastern area is the fastest, the mid- dle area is the second and the western area is the most slowly ; the enlargement of the regional coordinated development degree is significant, which shows the geographical concentration of the regional innovation capacity; the coordinated development of the regional innovation system could be separated into five types : Beijing as the first type belongs to the well coordinated development type, Shanghai as the second type belongs to the moderately coordinated development type, Guangdong as the third type belongs to the barely coordinated development type, the fourth type mainly includes parts of the provinces of the eastern area and middle area, the fifth type mainly incluses parts of the provinces of the middle and western area. The feature of each type of the regional innovation system is analyzed with the suggestions for improvement.
