摘要
技术创新投入成效已经成为各界关注的焦点,分析影响高科技行业技术创新成效的主要因素,并构建其测评指标体系.考虑指标间的交互作用,利用λ模糊测度和Choquet积分讨论"十一五"期间我国高科技行业技术创新投入成效.研究发现,随着市场化进程的加快,"十一五"期间我国高科技行业的技术创新投入成效虽然在整体上呈现较好的增长趋势,但行业间有一定差距.国防色彩不强、可批量生产的行业技术创新投入成效较高,而其他行业的技术创新投入成效较低.
The effectiveness of innovation is becoming the focus of attention. Several main factors which impact techno- logical innovation effectiveness of high-tech industries are analyzed, and the system of evaluation indicators of techno- logical innovation input innovation effectiveness are established, λ fuzzy measures and Choquet integral are applied to the measurement of technological innovation input effectiveness in high-tech industries in China during the 11 th five- year period with consideration of interactions among the indicators. The result shows that technological innovation input effectiveness of high-tech industries generally increases steadily during the llth five-year period but there is an obvious gap between different high-tech industries. Industries with batch production and little relationship of national defense usu- ally have higher technological innovation input effectiveness than others.
