摘要
采用聚丙烯-丙烯腈接枝共聚物(PP-g-AN)对聚丙烯(PP)进行抗老化改性,并通过加速老化测试仪、扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱仪等仪器测试表征了老化后PP、PP/PP-g-AN的基团变化情况,并测试了加速老化500、1000、1500、2000和2500h后纯PP和PP/PP-g-AN的力学性能。结果表明,PP/PP-g-AN经过加速老化后具有良好的抗老化性能,当PP-g-AN含量为7%时,加速老化2500h后PP/PP-g-AN的拉伸强度达到最大值19.87MPa,冲击强度最高达到60.46kJ/m2。
Polypropylene-acrylonitrile graft compolymer ( PP-g-AN ) was grafted onto polypropylene. Aging resistance of PP/PP-g-AN was studied using SEM and FTIR. QUV was used to speed-up aging of the materials for 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, and 2500 h. It showed that PP/ PP-g-AN had an improved aging resistance. When the PP-g-AN content was 7 %, the tensile strength of modified materials reached a maximum of 19. 87 MPa and an impact strength of 60.46 kJ/m2 after accelerated aging 2500 h.
