摘要
研究催泪武器发射方向和距离优化问题,在催泪武器系统的发射过程中,放电电压、电容容量以及电枢初始位置不同,都会影响到催泪弹出口速度。为了使弹药出口速度达到预期的目标,需要确定合适的参数。以单组感应线圈发射单元为例,提出在Matlab软件上建立单级感应线圈发射单元的数学模型,然后以弹丸出口速度为目标函数,采用轴对称线圈磁场的数值计算方法和微分方程的前向差分法解决了数学模型的求解难题,对放电电压、电容容量和电枢初始位置对弹丸出口速度的影响进行了仿真,得出了放电电压、电容容量和电枢初始位置与催泪弹出口速度的优化曲线,确定了电压大小、电容大小、初始距离大小的选择方案。
The article focuses on the launch direction and distance optimization of tear - gas weapons. In the process of launching such weapons, the outlet velocity of tear bombs is affected by discharge voltage, capacitance and the initial position of armature. It is necessary to determine certain appropriate parameters so that the outlet velocity of ammunition meets the pre - determined goal. Take the launch unit of single induction coil for an example, the arti- cle put forward a mathematical model about the lannch unit of single induction coil created on the basis of the Matlab software. With the outlet velocity of ammunition as the objective function, the difficult calculation problem was solved by means of the numerical computation method of axisymmetric coil magnetic field and the forward difference method of differential equation. The article then simulated the effect of discharge voltage, capacitance and the initial position of armature on the outlet velocity of ammunition and worked out the optimal curve concerning these factors. After that, the article confirmed the options for different voltage, capacitance and initial distance.
