摘要
研究网络控制系统故障准确检测。网络控制系统中的故障信息多为非线性。在不平衡外部干扰作用下,导致控制系统的故障信号出现不平衡和挠曲变形的现象,给故障识别量带来干扰,传统的故障迹象诊断方法在故障迹象发生明显改变的情况下,很难做出正确判断。提出了一种SOA优化网络控制系统的故障检测模型。引入一种非线性状态估计方法,能够对网络控制状态进行估计,最大化地排除信号的非线性形变干扰。利用排除干扰后的数据建立SOA优化网络控制系统故障检测模型,从而实现网络控制系统的故障检测。实验结果表明,利用改进算法进行网络控制系统的故障检测,能够实现网络控制系统的实时、准确检测。
The accuracy of network control system fault detection was studied. The fault information in the net- work control systems is nonlinear. Under the imbalanced external interference, the imbalanced and deformed phe- nomenon occurs in the fault signals of the control system, and the interference is brought to the quantity of failure rec- ognition, in the circumstances of changed fault signs, it is difficult for the traditional fault diagnosis method based on fault signs to make correct judgment. In order to avoid the above defects, a model of fault detection based on SOA optimization network control system was put forward. Introducing a nonlinear state estimation method can estimate the state of network control, and maximize exclude interference signal nonlinear deformation. A network control system fault detection model was established based on SOA optimization algorithm, so as to realize the fault detection of net- work control system. The experimental results show that using this algorithm for fault detection of network control sys- tem, can realize real- time and accurate detection of network control system, which provides a strong guarantee for network controls.
