摘要
在工业过程控制优化问题的研究中,针对一类可重复运行的时滞过程,将Smith预估控制结构进行变形,将Smith预估控制原理和模糊建模方法相结合,采用模糊建模方法得到系统输出的相轨迹,作为变形Smith预估控制方法的预估模型,以实现Smith预估控制的模型自适应能力。仿真研究表明,所提方法可以不需要已知过程的模型,通过一定次数的"迭代"即可克服纯滞后,从而克服了常规算法控制品质依赖精确数学模型的缺陷。同时改进算法具有较强的鲁棒性。
For a class of time - delay process can be run repeatedly, the paper deformed the structure of Smith predictive control, and combined the rule of Smith predictive control and the method of Fuzzy Modeling, got the out -put phase trajectory with the method of Fuzzy Modeling, and used it as the predictive model to deform the Smith predictive control to achieve the adaptive capacity of Smith predictive control. The simulation result shows that through a certain number of iterations, the method can overcome pure time delay and the defects of the conventional algorithm control quality depend on accurate mathematical model. At the same time it is feasible with good robust- ness.
