自我雇佣问题研究进展 被引量:33

摘要 劳动者的就业形式可细分为工资雇佣、自我雇佣和失业。较之工资雇佣和失业,国内学术界对自我雇佣问题的关注明显不足。自我雇佣对减少贫困、创新精神培育、创业型经济发展、经济增长、就业规模扩大、就业质量提升、文化交流、税收、自我效能感的实现等均有重要作用。本文从自我雇佣的概念、劳动者选择自我雇佣的机制、劳动者进入自我雇佣的影响因素、创业型自雇与经济发展、自雇活动的国际比较等层面综述了国外自我雇佣理论与实证研究的进展,在评述基础上,还对我国自我雇佣问题的研究进行了展望。
