枸杞多糖对生长獭兔生产性能及血清生化指标的影响

Effects of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides on production performance and serum biochemical indexes in Rex rabbit

为了研究日粮中添加枸杞多糖对幼兔生产性能、被毛品质及血清生化指标的影响,本试验选择35日龄生长獭兔80只,随机分成4组。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为试验组,分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、0.75%、1%的枸杞多糖。结果表明:(1)日粮中添加枸杞多糖能够促进幼兔采食,提高日增重,0.75%、1%组耗料增重比均低于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。(2)各组被毛密度均有所改善,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。(3)各试验组乳酸脱氢酶水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),1%组IgM水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),肌酸激酶和血磷水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);其余指标差异均不显著。可见枸杞多糖具有提高幼兔生产性能,改善毛皮质量的趋势,并对血清生化指标无显著影响,综合考虑其适宜添加量为1%。

In order to investigate the effects of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide （LBP）on production performance, hair quality and serum biochemical index of growth Rex rabbit.80 35-day-old growth rabbits were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups.Group I was the control group fed with basal diet, group lI ,III,IV were experiment groups ,fed with basal diet added 0.5% ,0.75%, 1% LBP,respectively.The results showed that： （1）Diet supplemented with LBP could in- crease feed intake and daily gain of infant rabbit, the feed intake to gain ratio of 0.75%, 1% groups were lower than that of control group （P 〉 0.05）. （2）The hair quality all improved within normal limits. （3）The level of lactate dehydrogenase （LDH） of all test groups was significantly lower than that of control group（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） ,the immunoglobulin M （IgM）level of 1% group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）,phosphorus （P） and creatine kinase （CK） level were significantly lower than those of control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ;the level of the other serum biochemical index- es had no significant difference（P 〉 0.05）.In summary,the optimum adding amount was 1%.
