日粮蛋白质水平对定安鹅雏期生产性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为研究不同日粮蛋白质水平对定安鹅雏期生产性能的影响,选用144只1日龄定安鹅,随机分为3个处理组,每个处理组4个重复,每重复12只鹅,分别饲喂不同蛋白质水平(18%、19%、20%)的日粮。结果表明,18%、19%、20%蛋白质水平日粮对定安鹅雏期生产性能的影响未达到显著差异水平(P>0.05),但20%组日增重最高,料肉比最低。除胸肌率外,其他屠宰性能指标均未达到显著差异水平(P>0.05),20%组最高,显著高于18%组(P<0.05)。综合考虑,定安鹅雏期日粮能量水平为11.5 MJ/kg,蛋白质水平为20%时,能使其获得最佳生长性能。 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary protein levels (18%, 19%, 20%)on the growth performance of Ding'an Goose aged from 1 to 28 Days.One hundred and forty-four one-day-old Ding'an Goose were ran- domly arranged into 3 treatments with 4 replicates in each treatment and 12 geese in each replicate by diets.The results showed that:the growth performance were not affected significantly by different protein levels (P 〉 0.05),however,the 20% group had the highest daily gain and the lowest feed conversion rate.In addition to breast muscle rate ,other slaughter per- formance indicators were not significant differences (P 〉 0.05).the 20% group had the highest slaughter performance indi- cators,which were significantly higher than those of 18% group (P 〈 0.05).These results suggested Ding'an Goose could make the fastest growth rate, when the dietary energy level and protein level were 11.5 MJ/kg and 20%, respectively.
