血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂对糖尿病肾病患者血浆内皮素水平的影响

The Effects of Angiotensin Ⅱ Receptor Antagonist on Concentration of Endothelin Level in Plasma of Diabetic Nephropathy

观察AngⅡ受体拮抗剂对DN患者血浆ET水平的影响。用RIA法测定正常对照组、DN患者用Losartan治疗前后的血浆ET浓度并检测与DN诊治有关的各项指标。DN患者经Losartan治疗后血浆ET明显降低 ,但水平仍显著高于正常对照组。⑴Losartan治疗可使DN患者血浆ET浓度降低 ,并与血糖、血压、蛋白尿、肾功能改善呈正相关 ;⑵ 6～ 8周的Losartan治疗不能使患者血浆ET恢复正常水平 ,提示DN病理生理过程及影响因素十分复杂。

To observe the effect of losartan,an angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist on concentrations of plasma ET in NIDDM patients with nephropathy(DN),we assayed the concentractions of plasma ET(CP-ET) and some biochemical parameters of DN,including fasting plasma glucose,urinary protein etc,before and after treatment of losartan (2 5ng/d,for 6～8 weeks) in 21 patients with DN.The results showed that the CP-ET of DN patients treated with losartan was significantly reduced as compared with that in non-treated DN patients and the reduction was markedly related to improvement of renal ruction,but it could not complete correct the abnormal CP-ET level.The findings suggest that the process and influence of pathophysiology is very complication in the patients with DN.
