膀胱癌中CD15与p53、C-erbB-2和PCNA的表达及相关性研究

Expression of CD15,p53,c-erbB-2 and PCNA in Bladder Carcinoma and their Relationship

为研究CD15、癌基因和抑癌基因蛋白产物在膀胱癌组织中的表达与病理分级、临床分期、复发和转移的关系 ,并探讨CD15与癌基因和抑癌基因蛋白表达的相关性。应用微波 -LSAB免疫组织化学法 ,检测 52例膀胱癌组织中CD15、p53、c-erbB - 2和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达水平。结果显示在膀胱癌中CD15、p53、c-erbB - 2和PCNA阳性表达率分别为 69 2 %、4 8 1%、38 1%和 53 8% ,其表达均与肿瘤分级、分期、复发和转移相关 (P <0 0 5)。CD15与 p53、c -erbB - 2和PCNA表达呈正相关 (r=0 4～ 0 4 7)。说明CD15、p53、c -erbB - 2和和PCNA均是膀胱癌高度恶性和预后不良的重要生物学指标。膀胱癌CD15表达可能与p53、c-erbB- 2和PCNA蛋白表达具有密切关联性。

In this paper,the relationship among expressions of CD15,oncogene,antioncogene and the tumor grade,clinical staging,recurrence,metastasis was observed.Microwave-LSAB immunohistochemical technique was used to investigate the expressions of CD15,p53,c-erbB-2 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in 52 cases of bladder carcinoma.Results showed that the positive rates of CD15,p53,c-erbB-2 and PCNA were 69 2%,48 1%,38 1% and 53 8%,respectively,which were positively correlated to the tumor grade,the clinical staging,recurrence and metastasis(P<0 05).The expression of CD15 was significantly correlated with the expressions of p53,c-erbB-2 and PCNA.It is suggested that CD15,p53,c-erbB-2 and PCNA might be important biologic markers to evaluate the malignance and prognosis of bladder carcinoma.The expression of CD15 might be associated with the expression of p53,c-erbB-2 and PCNA.
