摘要
中国航天企业已开展航天产品的成熟度研究工作,但尚未在卫星工程研制中得到全面实施。文章以北斗导航卫星为例,通过介绍面向批产卫星工程研制的产品定型工作,总结了4种开展产品成熟度提升的通用方法,并提出了完善基础规范体系、提前开展极限试验和研究成熟度模型等3点建议,可为后续其他航天器产品成熟度提升提供参考与借鉴。
The study of space product maturity is carried out in China,however,the application of product maturity in engineering development has not been generally implemented yet.This paper takes Beidou navigation satellite as an example,introduces product finalization that is batch-producing oriented,summarizes four methods of product maturity improvement,and then gives three recommendations:improving basic normative system,developing limit trial in advance,and researching maturity models,which will provide references and experience for improving the follow-up space product maturity.
