摘要
从弱关系、结构洞、社会资源和结构角色等几个方面阐述了社会网络理论的基本内容,并分析了它们与机构知识库的关系。其中弱关系理论有助于集聚个体能量为群体智慧;结构洞理论有助于发挥信息优势和控制优势;社会资源理论有助于个体积聚源动力创新;结构角色理论有助于预测和引导个体行为。
This paper states the basic contents of social network theory from weak ties, structural holes, social resources and structural roles, and analyzes the relationships between the four theories and institutional repository, and concludes that weak ties theory helps to gather the individual energy for wisdom of crowds, structural holes theory helps to play information advantage and control advantage, social resources theory helps the individual accumulating power to innovate, and structural roles theory helps to predict and guide the individual behavior.
