摘要
试验旨在研究复合微生态制剂和开口抗生素对肉雏鸡免疫性能、肠道菌群和血清生化指标的影响。选取180只1日龄健康雌性白羽肉雏鸡,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂不含抗生素的基础日粮;Ⅱ组为复合微生态制剂组,在基础日粮中添加2.0‰复合微生态制剂产品;Ⅲ组为开口抗生素组,在基础日粮中添加莫能霉素(90g/t)、抗敌素(30g/t)和阿散酸(100g/t)。试验期14d。结果表明:①14日龄时,试验Ⅱ组法氏囊指数和脾脏指数分别显著高于对照组和试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05);②7日龄时,试验Ⅱ组盲肠大肠杆菌数显著低于对照组(P<0.05),14日龄时,试验Ⅱ组小肠乳酸菌数显著高于试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05);③14日龄时,试验Ⅲ组肉雏鸡血清白介素2含量显著低于试验Ⅱ组和对照组(P<0.05),谷丙转氨酶含量显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05),但与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),且14日龄时,试验Ⅱ组尿素氮含量显著低于试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。提示,在基础日粮中添加2.0‰复合微生态制剂能部分或全部替代开口抗生素应用在肉雏鸡生产中。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of compound probiotics and opening antibiotics on the immune function,intestinal microflora and serum biochemical index of broilers.180 one-day-old female broilers with similar body weight were r and omly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 20 chickens per replicate.The chickens in control group(groupⅠ) were only fed with a basal diet,groupⅡ was the compound probiotics group,supplemented with 2.0‰ compound probiotics,group Ⅲ was the antibiotics group by adding monensin(90g/t),colistin(30g/t) and arsanilic acid(100g/t).The experiment lasted for 14days.The results showed as follows:①At the age of 14days,the spleen index and the bursa of Fabricius index in groupⅡ were all significantly higher than those in control group and groupⅢ(P0.05).②At the age of 7 days,the number of cecal E.coli in groupⅡ was significantly lower than that in control group(P0.05).At the age of 14days,the number of intestinal lactic acid bacteria in groupⅡ was significantly higher than that in groupⅢ(P0.05).③At the age of 14days,the content of interleukin 2in serum in groupⅢ was significantly lower than those in groupⅡ and control group(P0.05),the content of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase was significantly higher than that in groupⅡ(P0.05); and at the same age,the urea nitrogen content in groupⅡ was significantly lower than that in groupⅢ(P0.05).In conclusion,the supplementation of 2.0‰compound probiotics could partially or completely replace opening antibiotics in broilers production.
