我国行业特色型大学校长胜任力模型研究

A Study on the Competency Model for Industry-based Characteristic University Presidents

通过工作分析、行为事件访谈以及多元统计分析的方法,对行业特色型大学校长胜任力进行了深入研究。以调研25所行业特色型大学得到的410份调查问卷为基础,运用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析方法,得出行业特色型大学校长胜任力结构模型。研究表明,行业特色型大学校长胜任力由21个胜任特征构成,涵盖在人格特性、教育思想、管理能力、发展能力、行业影响力5个维度之中,最后通过结构方程建模予以验证。

Through job analysis, behavior event interview and multivariate statistical analysis, this paper conducts an in-depth study on the competency of industry-based characteristic university presidents. On the basis of 410 questionnaires given to 25 industry-based characteristic universities, the authors use exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, and propose the structural model of president＇s competency of industry-based characteristic universities. The study shows that the president＇s competency mentioned consists of 21 competencies in five dimensions, including personality characteristics, educational thoughts, management capability, development capability and industrial influence. This conclusion is finally verified by structural equation modeling.
