顺氯氨铂联合化疗加放疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效

Evaluation of the curative effect of combination chemotherapy with cisplatin pius radiotherapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancey

目的 对晚期非小细胞肺癌应用顺氯氨铂联合化疗合并放疗进行评价。方法 顺氯氨铂联合化疗加放疗 2 9例为综合组 ,单纯放疗 1 5例为单纯放疗组 ,观察并比较疗效。结果 综合组CR、CR +PR和PD分别为 55.1 7% ( 1 6/2 9)、65 52 % ( 1 9/2 9)和 1 .0 3% ( 3/2 9) ;单纯放疗组分别为 2 0 % ( 3/1 5) ,33,33% ( 5/1 5)和 4 0 .0 7% ( 6/1 5) ,两组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。综合组 1、2、3年生存率显著优于单纯放疗组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 顺氯氨铂联合化疗加放疗有助于提高晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和生存率。

To evaluate the curative effect of combination chemotherapy with cisplatin plus radiotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Twentynine patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were treated by combination chemotherapy with cisplatin plus radiotherapy as study group,and another 15 patients wert given radiotherapy only as control group. Results CR,CR+PR and PD in the study group were 55.17%(16/29),65.52%(19/29),103%(3/29) and 20%(3/15),33.33%(5/15),40%(6/15) in the control group respectively.There were remarkable differences between the two groups (P<0.01).Thel,2 ang 3 year survival rates in study group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Combiation chemotherapy with cisplatin plus radiotherapy is helpful to improving curative effects and survival rates in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer,and it should be spread in clinical practice.
