随着中国进口气比重的不断提高,理顺天然气价格已成为中国天然气产业发展的必然选择。美国是世界现代天然气工业发展最早、最成熟的国家之一,美国的天然气市场发展历程和市场运行机制具有重大的借鉴意义。系统分析了美国天然气工业产业链结构、市场发展历程、当前市场运行机制,全面总结了美国天然气市场发展的经验及其对中国天然气市场化改革的启示。美国天然气市场的发展历程表明,市场化机制的建立是一个漫长的过程,有大量市场参与者、管网第三方准入、有效的监管体制等都是建立天然气市场机制的必备条件。
As a rising imported gas proportion in China, balancing the pricing mechanism becomes a necessary choice for China＇s gas industry. The America, one of earliest and mature gas explorers, is of references owning to its gas evolution and marketing. This paper analyzes its industrial chain structure, market evolution and marketing mechanism, and summarizes its experiences and to China＇s reference. Its market evolution indicates a long-term marketing mechanism with vast involvers, the third party＇s access and effective monitoring.
