基于主成分分析的辽宁省海洋经济实力变化研究

LIAONING'S MARINE ECONOMIC STRENGTH CHANGES BASED ON PRINCIPAL COMPONENT ANALYSIS

海洋经济是人类开发和利用海洋资源以获取海洋产品的经济活动,海洋经济实力的强弱直接影响到一个地区甚至国家的总体经济发展水平。辽宁省作为东北地区唯一的沿海省份,其海洋经济发展程度对振兴东北老工业基地具有深远意义。因此,对其实力变化进行研究意义重大。首先对海洋经济、海洋经济实力概念及内涵、辽宁省海洋经济概况进行阐述,其次以1995—2010年辽宁省各海洋经济要素数据为模型,运用主成分分析法对海洋经济实力变化进行全面分析,再次分析发展中存在的问题,最后提出针对性建议。

Marine economy is an economic activity to explore and develop the marine resources in order to obtain marine products. Its strength is closely connected to one nation＇s gross economy. Liaoning, as one sole coastal province in northeast China, developing its marine economy can be of reference in boosting the northeast China old industrial base, hence, of significance in studying its changes in marine economic strength. This paper states the concept and connotation of marine economy, marine economic strength, and Liaoning＇s marine economy, and uses Liaoning marine economic data from 1995 to 2010 as a model to fully analyze its changes in marine economic strength by using principal component analysis, and discusses the issues and presents suggestions in improving its marine economy.
