摘要 劈裂灌浆施工技术具有施工就地取材、施工机械轻便、节省投资、防渗效果显著等优点,施工工艺方便可行,是除险加固病险土坝工程中经常用到的一项工程技术。本文结合劈裂灌浆实际施工过程,说明了施工前设计及前期灌浆试验的重要性;并对施工过程中人员安排及易出现的冒浆、裂缝、串浆、隆起等问题进行了仔细分析。实践结果表明:劈裂灌浆技术是一项很有应用价值的工程技术,值得推广。 The splitting grouting technology, with the superiorities of local construction materials utilization, handy construction machines, investment saving, obvious seepage control effect as well as convenient and feasible construction technology, is a common engineering technology of dam reinforcement project. Combining the actual construction process of splitting grouting, this paper explains the significance of design before construction and grouting tests in earlier stage, and analyzes in detail the personnel allocation and the common problems such as mud spillover, crack, grout leaking and swells during the construction. The test results show that splitting grouting technology is an engineering technology with high application value and is worth of promotion.
