摘要
我国水电开发已由大江大河逐渐向干流上游及支流区域延展,装机规模变小;建设项目的增多导致有效资源投入相对减少,管理和技术力量减弱。本文基于此现状,结合上通坝水电站(引水式电站,施工区域长25km)建设监理经验,就如何有效开展小型引水式电站的工程监理作了探讨,并提出一些有效可行的方法。
The hydropower development in China has extended to the trunk upstream and branch areas from the large rivers, and the installation scale becomes smaller; the increase of construction projects leads to the reduction of effective resource input, and the weakening of management and technology power. On this basis, this paper, combining the construction supervision experiences of Shangtongba Hydropower Station ( Diversion station with construction area length of 25m), discusses how to effectively develop the engineering supervision for small diversion hydropower stations, and proposes some feasible methods.
