乳腺癌干细胞研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 近几十年来,我国乳腺癌是发病率和死亡率增长速度最快的癌症之一,发病率位居所有女性癌症的第1位,死亡率位居第6位.目前治疗原则仍是以外科手术为主的综合治疗.乳腺癌具有高侵袭性及转移能力,治疗后仍有可能复发转移.其根源可能是存在于肿瘤内极少数对放、化疗抵抗、具有干细胞特性的细胞,即乳腺癌干细胞(breast cancer stem cells,BCSCs)[2].如何靶向治疗BCSCs,最终根治乳腺癌,正逐渐成为肿瘤靶向治疗研究的一个热点.
