卡培他滨在乳腺癌骨转移维持治疗中的临床疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,尽管术后辅助治疗可使乳腺癌的生存率明显提高,但仍有30％～ 40％的乳腺癌出现复发、转移,其中最常见的是骨转移,发生率约为65％～75％ .对于激素受体阳性的乳腺癌骨转移患者,内分泌治疗是首选的治疗方法,但对于激素受体阴性的患者,选择一种有效、低毒、方便、能够维持给药的治疗方案成为治疗首选.
