子宫上皮样滋养细胞肿瘤临床病理特征分析并文献复习 被引量：4

摘要 1998年,Shih和Kurman将上皮样滋养细胞肿瘤（epithelioid trophoblastic tumor,ETT）这一术语用于滋养细胞肿瘤,与胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤（placental site trophoblastic tumor,PSTT）不同,该肿瘤起源于绒毛膜型中间型滋养细胞.2003版WHO女性生殖系统肿瘤分类将其作为妊娠滋养细胞疾病（gestational trophoblastic disease,GTD）的单独类型列出.其发病较罕见,机制尚不清楚.组织学形态和宫颈鳞状细胞癌、上皮样平滑肌肿瘤极其相似,易误诊.为提高对该病的认识,本文结合文献复习对1例ETT的临床特征、组织学形态及免疫表型进行讨论.
