螺旋喷嘴雾化特性试验研究 被引量:18

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE ATOMIZATION CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SPIRAL NOZZLE

摘要 针对火力发电厂湿法烟气脱硫的运行工况,设计了实验平台,采用清水和石灰石浆液两种不同的工质,对螺旋喷嘴在不同压力、密度等工况下进行了流量、雾化粒径、雾化角、分散度等雾化性能的研究。采用光学成像法和激光粒度仪分析法,通过ImageJ软件、Winner激光粒度分析软件对数据进行分析,得到了螺旋喷嘴雾化特性及其变化规律,并使用MATLAB软件对关系曲线进行拟合,得出压力与流量、粒径、雾化角的拟合关系式。结果表明:喷嘴的流量、雾化角随压力的增加而增加;雾化粒径随压力增大而减小;浆液密度较小时,分散度较大,雾化相对不稳定;比较分析不同浓度下的雾化性能变化发现,存在最佳浆液密度。实验结果对优化螺旋喷嘴在烟气脱硫中的应用具有指导作用。 Experiments were conducted by simulating the operating conditions of thermal power plants.For two kinds working media,water and limestone slurry,the changing rules of the flow,particle size,spray angle,dispersion and other parameters were tested when the spiral nozzle ran in different pressure and density conditions.By using softwares of ImageJ and Winner laser particle size analyzer,as well as the analysis of optical imaging the experimental data and the changing rules of the atomization performance of spiral nozzle were got.Then MATLAB was used to get fitting curves of working pressure and atomization performance.The results showed that flow and spray angle increased and particle size decreased with the increasing pressure.A lower density of limestone slurry would lead to a greater dispersion,which meant an unstable atomization.It was found by comparing and analysing the atomization performance of different slurry density,that there was an optimal density.The results of the study provided reference and guiding significance for the optimization and application of spiral nozzle in the flue gas desulfurization.
