足底部低压电流刺激对消化器官的作用

摘要 目的 用低压电流刺激动物足底部并观察消化器官的形态学变化,以探讨现代医疗仪器使用过程中可能引起的组织损伤。方法 实验组动物每天定时给予80 ~140 V交流电流的刺激,第16天处死动物并进行组织学计量分析。结果 应激组肝细胞、肝血窦、门管区发生明显损伤;2、小肠腺细胞、平滑肌细胞形态发生明显变化.结论 低压电流在一定条件下可明显改变消化组织的结构. Purpose To probe into the tissue damnification in progress of using modern madical instruments the degest organs variation of low-voltage alternating current stimulation on thenar was observed. Method the animals of experiment group were stimulated with 80V一140V alternating current on time every days.At day of sixteenth these animals were killed and liver and intestine histology were analyzed. Result 1.the damnifications were distinctly in hepatocytes 、hepatic sinusoid and portal area .2.the gland cells of small intestin and the cells of smooth muscle altered distinctly in morphology.Conclusion Low-voltage alternating current could change the configuration of degest organs.
